Kristin joined Birchwood as the Senior Vice President for People Operations. Kristin’s responsibility is to build a best in class team across all aspects of Birchwood, with a strong focus on culture alignment. Her commitment to people and their development is central to the company and its mission.
Kristin has an extensive background in leadership, with a strong belief an organization’s success solely depends on great people. Kristin brings more than 20 years of passionate people experience to Birchwood, leading teams in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, Kristin served as a Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI for more than 12 years. Her critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills were essential in leading diverse teams in high stakes situations. Her dynamic and challenging work is a great fit for the future of seniors healthcare, where she plays an instrumental role in the future of Birchwood.
Kristin has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University and she is a graduate with honors of the University of South Florida with a BS degree in Criminal Law.
